This year, the Social Club chose the Dominican Republic for their annual retreat, seeking a well-deserved vacation on the north coast of the island. They had been captivated by the tales of the breathtaking beauty of Bahia Principe El Portillo, and the irresistible allure of its crystal-clear waters.
Arrival
Every minute counts
On arrival, the team wasted no time and headed straight to the beach, conveniently located just steps away from the lobby. We immersed ourselves in hours of swimming, sunbathing, and engaging in various water activities. Some of us enjoy leisurely walks along the coastline, seeking out our ideal spot on the beach, while others prefer to find a quiet spot under the shade and indulge in some peaceful reading.
The challenges
A timeless tradition
On the beach, some of us organize friendly volleyball matches and engage in thrilling games, courtesy of our wonderful Social Club. Team competitions are held, a well-known tradition, where we are divided into teams of different colors and face various challenges throughout the week to prove our worth. There was no grand prize awaiting us, just the satisfaction of giving it our all.
Festivities
Rhythm of sound
At night, while some find solace in recharging their energy, others venture to the sports bar for a lively evening of drinks, camaraderie, and laughter with friends. With options like poker tournaments and table games available, there's something for everyone. However, the true allure lies in the pulsating beats of the "discoteca", drawing the wilder souls to indulge in a night of exhilarating dance.
