One thing is for sure: when you're on vacation, you eat well and a lot. Also, when you don't need to cook, your appetite is always there. However, if you're ever visiting Mexico, be careful with guacamole. It may very well be a hot "verde" sauce. Some of us learned it the hard way.

It was everywhere on the news; an airline reservation system crashed, and Quebecers were stuck in the South. Well, guess who these people were. Yup! But we're not going to complain about having an extended stay in Mexico, especially when the airline is paying for everyone's room upgrade.
